We are fortunate to have our beautiful chalet located in the middle of the forest,
surrounded by ecological foods that grow untamed in their natural environment. Therefore, the menu at Anna Charisma can include wild mushrooms, wild herbs and plants (like nettle, ramsons or sorrel), forest fruits, berries and nuts. Our creative menu is further influenced by the local cuisine and you may find the daily special is a Saxon Grandma’s rhubarb soup or a traditional goulash from Avrig (different than the Hungarian one).

we hand over the fully equipped semi-professional kitchen to you, with electrical & gas stoves, fridge, freezer and storage space and you can make use of the kitchen and the BBQ area as you see fit.

Private chef
For an exquisite experience you can either bring your own chef or we recommend one for you, since we are best buddies with the most popular chefs in the area. In both situations you will take charge of supplying the preferred chef with the ingredients required for your holiday menu.
